This book is intended to offer a perspective of where education is; how it got there and to offer a new Portrait of Education. The contention is to regain the trust of our students and reestablish a relationship with them using the expertise of educators, who have been trained in how we learn, child development and enable them to remove "VIOLENCE" from the schools! Parents, attorneys, doctors, politicians, and other members of a school's community should be involved in their areas of expertise aiding educators in the reform of education.
