This new collection of 33 poems about life and love take their inspiration from the following Jiddu Krishnamurti quote...

"To be free, the mind must not only see and understand its pendulum-like swing between the past and the future but also be aware of the interval between thoughts..."

Each poem seeks to illuminate and explore the (sometimes) "spacious" gaps between our thoughts engendered by the many "things" and "moments" that make up our daily life. As such, each poem is a bit like a "still life" focusing on the often overlooked aspects of our day to day existence.
