Mental Health for a long time in a multitude of communities was not openly discussed. This could be due to the stigma of mental illness. Therefore, the poetry book is designed to help readers understand emotions, understand that depression, anxiety, and a variety of personality disorders are not caused because someone did something wrong. Mental illness is a real issue and people should and must fight in the open. Mental illness is NOT a character flaw. I hope this book allows each reader to understand their emotions and identify their inner strength to live their BEST life.
