A union between Dove and Quilt just made sense. Even as kids, they knew they were soulmates and each vowed to never leave the other. But when Quilt is injured in a car accident, Dove is faced with the possibility of being alone which sends her spiraling in a deep state of depression.

And then her feelings of being broken along with endless nights of despair would lead her to do the unthinkable.

In a final attempt to save Dove's life, her family must decide whether to continue to watch her destructive behavior or administer a risky intervention that could alter her memory. But will the decision cause more harm or can the power of love transform and pull her from the dark?
