Begin to love yourself from the inside. Cry, a LOT. Tears are so worth it. Find closure. So many of us have been hurt. Not all of us know how to heal or that healing is possible. Decide today that your life is worth that journey because it is. I hand wrote this journal during a time when I was at one of my lowest points.
