Detective Jackson Scott is investigating several murders cause by a killer called Kill Shot, but she is not the main killer in the New Orleans area. Jackson Scotts older brother Roberto Scott aka Ghost has been missing for years and in 2020 has turned up in New Orleans looking for the one that sexually assaulted him as a child. Jackson Scott learns of this and decided to go rogue and take the law into his own hands, murdering his brother.
