Wisper tells a tale of humanity's mutations becoming magical. The story follows the Wisper family's rise to empire and fall to obscurity, culminating in Maro Sunday, the fifteen-year-old girl from the Sisters of Mercy breeding program who destroys the Vadic dynasty.
