Darian, the son of a skateboarder, now hoverboards at night in violation of the new curfew imposed upon blacks throughout Charlotte, NC. During a confrontation with corrupt police officers, Darian finds that he is not alone: many young hoverboarders like himself are ready to rebel against the oppression of The New Confederacy- but can they succeed?
