This monograph presents methods of perfection of catching and blocking the ball when caught wrong-footed and in two tempo by experienced goalkeepers. The concept of goalkeepers' play when caught wrong-footed and in two tempo is given and specificity of their actions in these situations is considered. A set of exercises for training of catching and blocking the ball when caught wrong-footed and in two tempo by goalkeepers, developed from analysis of highly experienced goalkeepers' actions in games and patterns of successful performance of catching and blocking of moving objects.
