Jack Elliott, accompanied by his new wife, Shannon, and their friends, Sean and Katie, finally make their long awaited crossing of the Atlantic Ocean. An invitation from an old friend to join him at the Formula One Grand Prix in Monaco adds to the pleasures of exploring the Mediterranean, a new experience for all of them. Unfortunately, their journey will take them into dangerous waters, as a combination of new and old enemies team up to once more put their lives in danger. The scheme affects not only the people directly involved, but quite a few innocent bystanders, as well as the local police force and Coast Guard. Jack doesn't realize the danger headed for them. Jack swears never to let his guard down, promising Shannon that he will protect her forever, or die trying. Now, the only question is: Who will win and who will die?
