Anger's Deflected Course: The Emotional Turmoil-from Silent to Physical to Silent Abuse-The plummet into the darkness I was headed for at the end of 2011 exploded in January 2012. The beginning of the total demise of my family. I will never know again the family I knew before this year and that includes my parents, siblings, and my own children. [x] became a different person and for the first five months of 2012, he put us through hell. Walking on eggshells took on a whole new meaning. We dealt. We dealt until we couldn't deal any longer. This is when the separation took place and with it, total confusion. This year was the darkest. I didn't write a lot of commentary when I posted my poetry on my Facebook author page during 2012. I will let the poetry tell the tale. Through the reading of these books, you will experience every, single step, every, single emotion. It's not crazy. It's holding on until God takes the reigns. This is my Anger stage in the five stages of loss and grief.
