She now serves on the staff of Southern Gables Church in Littleton, Colorado, where she is currently the Director of Spiritual Formation. Her passion and gifting for spiritual formation have emerged from an intimate relationship with God, a relationship deepened through painful and difficult passages of her life. Her love for God, vision for spiritual restoration, and gifting in teaching, leadership and administration have served to challenge, encourage and equip the local church. In addition to being an author and Bible teacher, Dori is also the President and founder of CrossFire, Inc.
