Silent Tears is a story of tragedy and triumph. It chronicles one woman's struggle through various life situations that caused her anguish of the mind, body and soul. In our efforts to prevent others from seeing what is really happening in our lives, we have a tendency to mask ourselves, pretending that everything is fine, when in reality, we know we are not walking in truth. Sometimes, we view the shedding of tears as a sign of weakness, so in order to avoid having this stigma placed upon ourselves, we refuse to allow ourselves to cry openly when the need arises. Keeping painful emotions, thoughts and feelings locked up inside ultimately damages us and prevents us from becoming who God created us to be.
