After fifteen years, Dean is finally getting out of the casino business to open a shop with his wife. While that door to the casino life closes behind Dean, it opens up for somebody else—a young naïve man named Jeremy who always dreamed of working in a casino as a craps dealer. However, the Hardway Casino has been bought by a new company and new changes are coming at the expense of the casino employees. Tensions mount and pressure builds in the workplace until something finally gives. The Crew is a twisted comedy masterpiece with the most colorful and imaginative characters that only David D.
