A reflection: an imitational view of a real object, often seen through mirrors or bodies of water. Reflection: a process of rethinking or re-understanding to a level of complete vision. Every child has seen his or her reflection and has stared in amazement, hours upon end; likewise, every ?mature? adult has come to a point in his or her life where they have had to dwell in a state of reflection before they could wholly understand themselves, just as that child gawking in the mirror. And, after much deliberation we gain understanding; we grow. We grow through much experience; through pain, through hurt, through mistakes, through love, through passion, through success and gain. And through each experience, the vision of whom we are to be or what purpose has befallen our existence becomes more clear. This book is that story; the story of life told through the mind and eyes of a ?boy-not-yet-a-man?; struggling to discover himself, like many of us in this world. Through trials to triumph to trials to triumph, I hope you can find yourself in one of his expressionistic bouts. I hope that you can find yourself empathizing with his sorrow and pain, fighting with him during his battles, cheering through the challenging feats, and basking in the victory, all the while being encouraged through his words of wisdom.
