Young Arthur is a sales manager whose efforts to grow sales are hindered by an uncensored Vice President that sleeps with prostitutes and a President that fires company's agents for selling too much. While he tries to sell, Arthur must also balance his time in handling operations, logistics, and running his team. Based on a true story, Arthur will ultimately meet his yearly quota, earn the respect of his co-workers, clients and competitors, but will be constantly scolded for earning the company too much profit.
