As a human race, we all need food, clothing and shelter. These are all things that if worse came to worst, we could provide for ourselves. Of course, in order to have our vessels run smoothly, we need to be in good health, spiritually, mentally and phyiscally. To fine-tune these levels of health in the modern age, we would have to seek out professionals to provide us the medication and advice of better self-care to make ourselves last longer.
